Overview
Golden State Magnetic & Penetrant Lab, Inc. has been in business since 1987. We are located in the San Fernando Valley close to the I-5, 170, 405, 118, and 210 freeways. We are a small business currently employing approximately 20 people in our 14,000 square foot facility. We service companies in Los Angeles and surrounding communities as well as Arizona, Nevada, and New Mexico.

Specializing in inspection and surface finishing for the aerospace and medical industries on precision machined hardware. We keep apprised on major changes and new technology in the industry. We pride ourselves on the highest quality standards in the industry while maintaining competitive pricing and flexibility. We continue to work in close contact with engineering and planning departments to successfully implement non-destructive testing in ways to ensure reliability in hardware without interruption in scheduling deadlines. Our personnel are always standing by and ready to assist our customers with planning as well as quality matters. Working in conjunction with other processing facilities has given us a greater understanding of related processes to ensure accurate sequential operations and enhanced evaluation involving inspection processes.

Scheduling
On time delivery is a critical factor in today’s marketplace. Delays during the manufacturing process generally affect subsequent processing. Due to the nature of manufacturing, it is our goal to provide processing with a lead-time of 24 to 48 hours upon receipt of material. On rare occasions hardware requires unusually quick turn times as in the case of AOG’s, we are aware of this requirement and of course will do everything possible to accommodate the situation by placing the hardware on priority status. In cases of extremely large quantities or excessive process, the delivery schedule will be determined on an individual basis.

Transportation
Our trucks are on the road daily to pick-up and deliver jobs. Providing there are no scheduling conflicts and quantities are justified, we are more than willing to accommodate your transportation requirements. We will be glad to drop-ship your hardware to local companies as long as prior arrangements have been made with our shipping department. Shipping by UPS, Fed Ex and other couriers are also available.
